Deliveries

Which countries does HANRO deliver to?

We deliver to all locations in Australia and New Zealand. Please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding any delivery queries by emailing mail@fashionata.com.au or alternatively by phone +61 (02) 9319 1895. 

 

Will I be charged GST?

All Australian orders will incur GST. For New Zealand orders, GST will be deducted from the shopping cart at the time of placing your order. You are responsible for payment of all local duties and taxes. 

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of A$11.00. New Zealand deliveries will incur a flat rate of A$25.00. No charge for orders over $500. 

 

When can I expect my items to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours and Australian and New Zealand customers will typically receive delivery of their orders within 5 business days. 

 

There is a problem with my delivery – what do I do?

Should your order not have arrived in the expected time frame, be incorrect, arrived damaged, or for any other concerns relating to your order, please contact us by emailing mail@fashionata.com.au or alternatively by phone +61 (02) 9319 1895. 

 

Can I choose a delivery address that’s different to where I live?

We are able to deliver to an alternative address as long as both are in the same country. You will be able to specify the preferred delivery address during checkout.  

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return an item?

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns page for more information and instructions. 

 

How do I exchange an item?

We can offer an exchange on full price and discounted product, with the exception of Lucky Dip. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns page for more information and instructions. 

 

Can I change or amend an order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Garment Care

How should I wash and dry my HANRO garments?

Not all HANRO apparel is machine washable due to the use of delicate fabrics, laces and embellishments. Always read the care instructions on the tag inside your garment carefully.

To maintain the condition of your purchase and keep it looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions;

  • Hand washing – We recommend washing by hand using cold water for all garments.
  • Drying your garment – We recommend drying your garment in the shade, either hang drying or lay flat on a towel. Don’t place any HANRO silk garments in dryers as exposure to heat may damage them
